We are very excited to bring you the Mako Funasaka Archives! Looking back at some important moment of blues, performances, and milestone names, our first episode features 3 giant names:
Mel Brown – remembered by Joe Louise Walker, Taj Mahal, Steve Strongman, Andrew Galloway, Buddy Guy – followed by his performance of “Love, Lost and Found”, along with a tribute video to Jeff Healey performing “Like A Hurricane”, and last but not least Eddy “The Chief” Clearwater interviewed right before his show at the Silver Dollar Room in Toronto.
