The Toronto Blues Society brings you its new monthly blues series showcasing the best in Canadian blues talent. Hosted by Dominion On Queen, performances are free to the public and feature a wide spectrum of talented blues artists.

Performances are held the third Thursday of each month at 9:30pm.

Harmonica great Carlos del Junco has toured Canada regularly since 1996 and tours often in Germany and the United States. He has played all the major jazz, blues, and folk festivals across Canada.

Jimmy Bowskill has been impressing his musical elders since age 11, when he attracted the attention of the late great bluesman, Jeff Healey, by busking outside his Toronto club. Since then, Jimmy  has toured internationally, including shows in Germany, Ukraine, France, Mexico and at the World Expo in Japan in 2005. He has also received a Juno Award nomination for Best Blues Album.
