Each year, the Toronto Blues Society searches for its undiscovered blues talent.
The Toronto Blues Society’s yearly programming includes the annual Women’s Blues Revue, Maple Blues Awards, Hump Day Blues Series, TBS Talent Search, the biennial Blues Summit blues conference, and many other workshops and collaborative events.

Jesse Whiteley is coming to heat up the night of “Blues Revival” on March 1st!
For the first month of 2020, Emily Burgess is taking over the “Blues Revival” series on January 24th!
For the last month of 2019, Sugar Brown aka Ken Kawashima is taking over the “Blues Revival” series on December 18th! Come and enjoy a blues evening in an intimate space surrounded by vinyl, Armenian coffee, booze, and some good yums that Antikka – Cafe & Records has to offer!
This year we team up with Alleycatz for the TBS Christmas Party, featuring local heavy-weights, Gary Kendall & Michael Fitzpatrick (aka The Big Groove) at their weekly residency with special guests Rhaoul Bhaneja & Darren Gallen! A night full of classic blues awaits the guests, including raffle tickets and so much more!
This month Suzie Vinnick is taking over the “Blues Revival” series on November 21st! Come and enjoy a blues evening in an intimate space surrounded by vinyl, Armenian coffee, booze, and some good yums that Antikka – Cafe & Records has to offer!
Join us on Monday, October 28 at the Dakota Tavern to experience the International Blues Challenge “Road to Memphis” competition. Cheer for your favourite artist as they battle on stage to represent Toronto at the IBC. This year Sean Pinchin and Brian Blain will compete for the Solo/Duo Category while Sandra Bouza and Jim Dan Dee will reveal their chops for the Band category at the IBC.
Tickets: $7/TBS Members, $10/Non-Members | Admission at door. Cash Only.

The Toronto Blues Society is back once again with Blues In The Garden and this year, we will be hosting our latest Talent Search winner Sandra Bouza on Sunday, September 22 between 1-5pm at TBS HQ (910 Queen Street West garden). Free Admission!
