Blues Revival #7 Featuring Sugar Brown


For the last month of 2019, Sugar Brown aka Ken Kawashima is taking over the “Blues Revival” series on December 18th! Come and enjoy a blues evening in an intimate space surrounded by vinyl, Armenian coffee, booze, and some good yums that Antikka – Cafe & Records has to offer!

Sugar Brown sings about love, money, misery and madness. As an instrumentalist, he combines ampflied guitar, rack-harmonica, piano, voice and boots. His band is called the People’s Blues Liberation Army Band, or PB-L.A.B. He is currently planning his fourth studio album after his summer tour in Japan and British Columbia. Terry Wilkins will join Sugar Brown on bass for the Artery showcase.
