The Sinners Choir, Toronto’s newest and grittiest Blues/Roots/Americana trio, comprised of three generations of seasoned Toronto sidemen: Terry Wilkins, Adam Beer-Colacino and Adam Warner, present a FREE show tomorrow evening (Thursday, July 17) at Dominion On Queen starting at 9:30pm! Join the Toronto Blues Societytomorrow for a chance to win great prizes and check out the band that is fast becoming a staple of Toronto’s rich music scene.

The Toronto Blues Society’s Third Thursday Series showcases the best in blues talent. Hosted by Dominion On Queen (500 Queen Street East), performances are FREE to the public and feature a wide spectrum of talented blues artists.

Zapp News: Johnny Winter and Rich Robinson Play Picton

Johnny Winter (pictured), “one of the Greatest Guitarists of All Time!”(Rolling Stone), takes the stage at the Regent Theatre in Picton on July 23rd. Tickets can be purchased by calling 613-476-8416 and on line at www.regenttheatre.org.

Rich Robinson of the Black Crowes will perform at theRegent Theatre on Sept 12, and the Port Hope Capitol Theatre (905-885-1071 and on line at www.capitoltheatre.com) on Sept 13. Rich is the lead guitarist, founding member and songwriter from The Black Crowes, one of the biggest Rock/Blues bands of our time.
